THE CLIFTONSTRENGTHS
WORKSHOP:
A FUN, RESEARCH BACKED TEAM BUILDING EVENT
Increasingly employees want to work for organizations that put them as people first. Gallup finds that teams who learn and use their strengths outperform those who don’t; they have 8-18% increased performance. They also have 7-23% higher employee engagement and 20-73% lower attrition. Over 33M people worldwide have taken CliftonStrengths and companies like Accenture and Southwest Airlines have created strengths-based cultures.
The CliftonStrengths Workshop is a fun, engaging, and highly rated team event. With 50+ happy clients and a workshop Net Promoter of 80 you can have peace of mind choosing this workshop for your next team retreat or offsite.
“What I really appreciated as a leader and found valuable is that it helped to inform how I build task forces and invite folks to collaborate on projects, and it improved my 1:1s!”
— Carissa, Director, Client Success

What’s the process like?
I’ve done 50+ of these workshops and have streamlined the process to make it as lightweight for you as possible. I do like to meet upfront to ensure I understand your goals and the team dynamics so I can deliver the best outcome for you and your team! 1-2 months or more lead time is ideal but I’ve done workshops in as short as 1.5 weeks notice.
Intro Call with Jen. This is a 20-minute call between you and myself to learn about your goals, objectives, timing, team, etc.
Team Takes the CliftonStrengths Assessment. This should be done ~2-3 weeks out (ideally).
Jen Finalizes Session. Once I receive everyone's results I'll customize the presentation to maximize time and increase its relevance to the team. [one week before]
Final prep call/tech check (if necessary). 15 minute call between myself and whoever running point on logistics to ensure everything goes smoothly for the actual session.
Have fun. We'll get to spend time talking about our greatest talents!
